Pursuant to the interim order passed by us on 22-8-2016, the University conducted a re-inspection on 30-8-2016 and granted affiliation for a few courses and rejected the request in respect of other courses. In other words, a fresh order dated 07-9-2016 has been passed granting partial relief to the petitioners. Hence, nothing survives in the original writ petition challenging the previous order. Therefore, it is closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
