This Transfer Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife for transfer of O.P.No.36 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, to the Court of the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, at Prashanth Nagar, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District. The said O.P., was filed by the respondent/husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights. 3.

The plea of the petitioner/wife is that she is staying with her parents at Hyderabad, that she is having a minor child and that it is difficult for her to attend the Court at Madanapalle, Chittoor District, and as such, she prays to transfer O.P.No.36 of 2018 from the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, to the Court of the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, at Prashanth Nagar, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District. 4.

Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and also having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having a minor child, I am satisfied that O.P.No.36 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, to be transferred to the Court of the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, at Prashanth Nagar, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed transferring O.P.No.36 of 2018 from the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, to the Court of the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, at Prashanth Nagar, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District.
