THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.7129 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioners/accused seeking to pass a direction not to issue LOC against petitioners in C.C.No.13 of 2016 pending on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur and direct the Court below to recall N.B.Ws. against petitioners. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners/accused to appear before the trial court and file a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. and on filing of such petition, the learned trial Court shall dispose of the same on the same day. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
