HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C. No. 1722 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue appearing for respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuant to orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.22444 of 2016 in W.P.No.18270 of 2016 dated 14.06.2016, proceedings No.B/2593/2016, dated 06.08.2016 have been issued by the 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to argue that the order passed by the 2nd respondent is erroneous and there is no consideration at all.

The arguments submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner touches upon the merits of the order and this Court cannot go into the same under contempt jurisdiction and decide in the Contempt Case.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court and the Contempt Case is dismissed accordingly granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 06.08.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stands closed.
