Admittedly, the petitioner has alternate remedy of revision against the impugned order.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of filing revision against the impugned order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
