THE HON'BLE JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34313 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Mines & Geology, Home and Revenue.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders that for the self-same relief, the petitioner herein earlier filed W.P.No.26734 of 2017 and this Court disposed of the said Writ Petition by way of an order dated 10.08.2017.
