THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.11888 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are the A.1 to A.4 in Cr.No.102 of 2018 of Nirmal Rural Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 307 read with 34 IPC, on the report of the 2nd respondent-defactocomplainant. Both the petitioner/ accused and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offence. In the result, the I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 in Cr.No.102 of 2018 of Nirmal Rural Police Station. The petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
