THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.CMP.No.46 of 2016 ORDER:

This application is filed to withdraw O.P.No.847/2015 from Family Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram.

As directed by this Court, both petitioner and respondent appeared in person and I have interacted with both of them in my chambers in the presence of learned counsels of respective parties.

3. On a consideration of contentions and rival contentions of both parties, I deem it appropriate instead of sending the matter to Bhimavaram, it should be sent to Family Court of West Godavari District at Eluru.

4. Without prejudice to rights of both parties with regard to their contentions and rival contentions raised in this application, O.P.No.847/2015 is withdrawn from Family Court, Hyderabad and transferred to Family Court, West Godavari at Eluru. As the matter is of the year 2015, Family Court, West Godavari shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of record.

5. Petition is ordered accordingly and as a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Tr.CMP., shall stand disposed of. No costs.
