Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, assailing the order dated 02.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.1434 of 2015 in R.C.C.No.9 of 2015 on the file of the Rent Controller (Principal Junior Civil Judge) Kakinada, East Godavari District.

As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the R.C.C.9 of 2015 on 23.07.2016.

In view of the disposal of the main R.C.C, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
