ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondents 2 and 4 in registering the complaint dated 11.11.2016 submitted by petitioner against the land grabbers, who trespassed into her land to an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.235/2 of Kodimi Village fields, Ananthapuram District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home filed counter stating that based on the complaint of petitioner dated 11.11.2016, a case in Cr.No.180 of 2016 on the file of Ananthapuram Rural Police Station, Ananthapuram District, was registered on 23.11.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 506 read with Section 34 IPC against the accused and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
