In fact, along with the writ petition, photographs have been filed to show the existence of crackers. When the matter is taken up today at 4.10 p.m., photographs pertaining to the present situation are placed on record, which the learned counsel for the petitioner obtained through mobile phone, which do not contain any existence of crackers as of now. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
