Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri V.Kishore, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

The Standing Counsel has produced the proceedings of the Chief Executive Officer of the 1st respondent in reference No.857/Estt/201819 dt.13.11.2018 withdrawing the proceedings dt.05.10.2018 imposing punishment on the petitioner. The same is placed on record. 3.

The Standing Counsel for the respondents states that the respondents will consider the petitioner's explanation dt.27.09.2018 to the second show cause notice dt.01.09.2018 and then pass a fresh order. The said statement is placed on record. 4.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition and it is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
