The case of the petitioner is that the respondent No.3 is not taking-up the implementation petition No.F3/6575 of 2015 dated 14-09-2015 for hearing for implementation of orders dated 20-10-1965 passed by the Additional Assistant Settlement Officer, Chittoor for the land in an extent of Ac.0-80 cents out of Ac.1-58 cents in sy.No.269/7 of Peddaupperpalli village, Somala Mandal, Chittoor District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take-up the implementation petition No.F3/6575 of 2015 and dispose of the same after issuing notice to the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
