Sri Kuriti Bhaskara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 03.06.2019 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. He is present in Court and reiterates the same prayer.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
