The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the land to an extent of Ac.0-56 cents out of Ac.0.99 cents in sy.No.54/1A and Ac.3-04 cents in sy.No.54/2A of Buggaletipalle village fileds, Buggaletipalli Village, C.K.Dinne Mandal, Y.S.R. District having purchased the same from one Ponnolu Pulla Reddy jointly through registered sale deed document bearing No.908/2012, dated 27-12-2011. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made application on 03-10-2018 under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a

period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
