HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Contempt Case No.2588 of 2016 Judgment: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The learned Government Pleader for Services-I (Andhra Pradesh) has produced a Memo dated 01-9-2017, paragraph-6 of which reads as follows:

"6. It is to inform that the Finance Department has given concurrence to regularize the waiting period of individual for posting from 19-11-2016 to 25-5-2017 as "Compulsory wait". For the period from 25-10-2016 to 18-11-2016, the individual has to apply leave for which he is eligible if the period is to be regularized by the competent authority. Accordingly, orders have to be issued in this regard."

2. In view of the above, the contempt is closed. Pursuant to the concurrence of the Finance Department, the respondents may release the monetary benefits within four weeks. The applications, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed. No costs.
