Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries states that election schedule is already issued. The same could not be disputed. As such the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the judgment of M.J.Veeramani v. Government of Andhra Pradesh1 In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
