HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.8580 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the manufacturing, distribution and sale of the petitioner's Bio-Products, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 22.08.2016 to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
