Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied for renewal of quarry lease to the 3rd respondent on 0212-2013 in respect of the subject land, but the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of petitioner's application within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dt.02-12-2013 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
