It is submitted by both learned counsel that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in WP.No.39888 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of following the decision of this Court in WP.No.39888 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015 with a direction to the second respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicles. Since the petitioners have already submitted their respective applications to the second respondent, he is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3 Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15 Industries and Commerce (Mines-I ) Department dated 19.02.2015 for release of the seized vehicles within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petitions shall stand closed.
