THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3280 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.112 of 2011 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tanuku.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 403, 406, 417 and 420 I.P.C.

4. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that warrant was issued against the petitioner and the same may be recalled.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the nature of the offences alleged against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court and file an application to recall the warrant issued against her. On such application, the trial Court is directed to recall the warrant on the same day. As the petitioner is facing 25 cases all over the state of Andhra Pradesh, her presence before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when her presence is specifically required by the trial Court. The petitioner shall be represented through a counsel before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

6. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
