HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.194 of 2016 ORDER:

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed, seeking transfer of C.C.No.1503 of 2015 from the Court of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar to any Court at Hyderabad.

Appearance is made on behalf of 1st respondent/de facto complainant. The petitioner/accused and his counsel are also present.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

Basing on the complaint filed by the 1st respondent/de facto complainant, the above case is registered.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this transfer criminal petition, C.C.No.1503 of 2015 pending on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, is transferred to the Court of VII Special Magistrate at Yerramanjil for disposal in accordance with law. The learned VII Special Magistrate, Yerramanjil should treat the case as an old one and dispose of expeditiously.

Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed accordingly. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
