THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.36531 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner expressing inability in running the School without any Pandit (Telugu) and three Secondary Grade Teachers requested for administrative approval and sanction through representation dated 06.07.2017.

Now the grievance of petitioner is that the 4th respondent is not examining the request or passing orders.

The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the ban imposed by the 1st respondent is lifted and 4th respondent can be directed to examined the representation and pass orders within reasonable period.

Having regard to the above submission, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 06.07.2017 to 4th respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today.

(b) The 4th respondent is directed to take decision, as is warranted, in

accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
