HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40264 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not issuing the new Digital Pattadar Pass Books and title deeds, in place of old pass books pertaining to the lands Ac.0.65 cents of each petitioner, out of their ancestral property i.e. the land an extent of Ac.1.60 cents in Sy.No.118; Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.122/1B2, total extent of the land Ac.4.60 cents, situated at Piduguralla Town, Guntur District, by considering representation of the petitioners dated 29.10.2018.

Heard both sides.

Since the grievance of the petitioners is already pending before the competent authority by way of representation dated 29.10.2018, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same and take action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
