This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 16.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.1319 of 2015 in O.S.No.117 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner died on 03.08.2017. He further submitted that the legal representatives of the petitioner moved an application before the trial Court to permit them to come on record. No petition is filed before this Court to bring the legal representatives of the petitioner on record. Therefore, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
