This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-State, to cancel the regular bail granted to the respondent/A.9, vide order, dated 23.08.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1291 of 2018 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur.

No substantial material is filed before this Court to substantiate the allegations levelled against the respondent/A.9. However, the respondent/A.9 is directed not to interfere either directly or indirectly with the auction process being conducted under the directions of this Court.
