HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.23470 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that by virtue of partition decree dated 26-09-2000 in O.S.No.239 of 1997 passed by Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, they are having rights over the subject property. Basing on the same, they made applications on 28-10-2015, 09-11-2015 and 20-02-2016 for mutating their names to the 4th respondent as per final decree passed in the above suit through Meeseva. Since no orders are passed on their applications for mutating their names, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that applications for mutating the name of petitioners are pending before the 4th respondent basing on the partition decree in O.S.No.239 of 1997, dated 26-09-2000, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the applications filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties. Said exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________
