In view of the subsequent orders passed by the original authority on 27.10.2017 cause in these writ petitions does not survive. In fact petitioners preferred appeal against the said decision and challenging the decision in appeal, petitioners filed W P Nos. 11934 and 11939 of 2018 which are disposed of today by separate orders. In view of the subsequent developments, writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
