THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.11880 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.160 of 2017 of Zaffargadh Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 302, 364 and 326 read with 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 12.10.2018 in Crl.P.No.10600 of 2018 on the ground that this petitioner along with other accused committed brutal murder of a married woman by pouring acid. The offences alleged are heinous. It is not a fit case to allow the application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
