THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8086 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.139 dated 20.02.2016 wherein certain rights have been vested to Water Users Association, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed since no further orders need be passed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
