Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Transport (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.

The petitioner contends that he had applied to respondent nos.2 and 3 for grant of variation of permit in R.No.184/B1/2014 by extending it to the existing inter State (Enclave) Route Hindupur to Bhupasamudram as Hindupur to Chilamathur Z.P. High School, but the respondent nos.2 and 3 are not taking any action on it even though more than one-and-a-half-year has elapsed. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Transport, appearing for respondents, states that respondent nos.2 and 3 will consider petitioner's application for variation of the permit within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider petitioner's application for variation of the permit within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
