THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.11899 of 2018 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 in C.C.No.4243 of 2018 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Medchal District, outcome of Cr.No.632 of 2018 of Police Station Uppal, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.394, 341 and 342 of IPC, along with their counsel are present. Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences supra. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.4243 of 2018 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.

Nagar, Medchal District, against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 and they are acquitted. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ Dr. B.SIVA SANKARA RAO J, Date:14.11.2018 Note: Issue copy forthwith.
