This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.903 of 2017 of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 I.P.C.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 11.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and C.C No.4635 of 2019 was assigned. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
