Veerla Guravaiah S/o. Peda Ramaiah, Aged about 54 years, Occu: Agriculture, Door No.8/31, 8th Ward, YSR Road, Kanigiri village and mandal, Prakasam district and others. .... Petitioners And The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, A.P.Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravathi, Guntur District and others.

.... Respondents The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) for respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that they are the owners and in possession of properties mentioned in the prayer having purchased the said properties from the Property Association of Bapist Churches (P) Limited. While so, respondent authorities are trying to interfere in their possession and enjoyment and seeking to demolish the houses constructed and dispossess them. Aggrieved thereby, this writ petition is filed.

3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that respondents 1 to 4 are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the said properties and said properties belongs to 5th respondent and there may be dispute between the petitioners and the 5th respondent. 4.

Learned counsel for petitioners fairly submits that the allegation is only against official respondents and there is no dispute between the petitioners and the 5th respondent. 5.

In view of the assertion of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, based on instructions furnished to him, it is clear that what is contended by the petitioners is only mere apprehension that respondents 1 to 4 are interfering and dispossessing the petitioners and demolishing the structures made and there is no

cause for institution of this writ petition. Thus, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and writ petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
