The assessee under the Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Act, 1957 has come up with the above revision under Section 22(1) of the Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Act, 1957.

It is fairly stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in this revision is covered against the revision petitioner, by a judgment of this Court in TREVC No.6 of 2016, dated 07-6-2016. Therefore, following the same, this revision is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
