CVNR,J & TA,J W.P.No.40457 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband viz., Tirumalesh, S/o late Dr.B.Lingaiah, aged 34 years, before the Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, Ms.G.Sindhu, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Viplavasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioner's husband was arrested and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate in connection with Crime No.524 of 2018 of Panjagutta Police Station. 3.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 5.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
