Heard Sri U.Ramanjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that his representation dt.03-10-2017, for issuance of house site patta in his favour in respect of the subject land for which patta had been granted to his deceased mother earlier, is not considered by 4th respondent. 3.

Learned government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
