Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition stating that he has preferred an appeal to the 1st respondent challenging the order dt.29-08-2018 of the 2nd respondent and that the 1st respondent has not disposed of the appeal which was filed on 22-09-2018.

Learned Special Government Pleader for Services (Home) appearing for respondents states that 1st respondent will decide the said appeal within three months and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to decide the said appeal within three months and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
