Petitioner's grievance is that she had made a representation on 08.06.2017 to respondent No.3 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in her name and that respondent No.3 is not disposing of the same. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner ought to have applied in form VI-A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to respondent No.3 with supporting material and, if such an application is made, respondent No.3 will consider the same and take appropriate action in that regard.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application in form VI-A with supporting material to respondent No.3 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in her name and, within six weeks of submission of such application, respondent No.3 shall consider the same, in accordance with law, and take appropriate action and communicate to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
