Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has been served with show-cause notice in the month of August, 2017 to show-cause why residential site patta granted to him should not be cancelled; that petitioner has submitted explanation thereto on 30.08.2017; and without passing any orders thereon, the 4th respondent is attempting to evict him from the subject land.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 4th respondent will not dispossess the petitioner without passing orders after considering explanation of the petitioner to the show-cause notice.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass orders within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order after considering petitioner's application to the show-cause notice referred to above; and till such final order is passed, the petitioner shall not be evicted from the subject site. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
