Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition stating that the respondents are trying to dispossess him from the lands in Sy.Nos.1587, 1589 and 1593, of an extent of Ac.5.00 each, in Ananthasamudram Village, Pullampeta Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, without following due process of law. 2.

The revenue records filed by the petitioner show that the lands in Sy.Nos.1587 and 1593, of an extent of Ac.5.00 each, in Ananthasamudram Village belong to the petitioner, and the land in Sy.No. 1589 belongs to somebody else.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the respondents will not interfere with the enjoyment of lands in Sy.Nos.1587 and 1593 without following due process of law. 4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over an extent of Ac.5.00 each in Sy.Nos.1587 and 1593 of Ananthasamudram Village, Pullampeta Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, without following due process of law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
