Heard counsel for petitioner and the Governemtn Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that she had approached through representations dt.24.03.2016, dt.21.04.2017 and 09.10.2017 to respondents 3 and 4 for conduct of survey of the land claimed by her and though Surveyor issued notice in 2016, nothing further has been done by them.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents 3 and 4 will instruct the 5th respondent to conduct survey as sought by the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to instruct the 5th respondent to conduct survey as sought by the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
