This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 20.6.2016 in I.A. No.270 of 2016 in O.S.No.674 of 2009 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition as the matter was settled between the parties. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
