Petitioner's grievance is that she had applied to the 4th respondent in Form 6A as prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971, for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed to her in respect of her land admeasuring Ac.0-44 cents in survey No.604/1 of Balapanur village, but the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon, till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
