The de facto complainant and the victim and the accused present. The victim is carrying and stated that there is lawful marriage between the accused and the victim girl at Arya Samaj covered by Certificate, dated 06.06.2018 immediately after her attaining majority and they are living happily. The parents of the victim girl are also present and in the interest of the victim and the child in the womb, sought for compounding. Accused also assured to take care of her and the child being lawfully wedded wife and the child in the wedlock without any future disputes in this regard.

By recording the said compromise, the case is compounded and the accused is acquitted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.195 of 2018 on the file of the court of I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Mahabubnagar, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
