This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.214 of 2015 on the file of the Kakinada II Town Police Station, East Godavari District, for the offence under Sections 254, 324 and 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that in view of filing of M.C., the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of filing of M.C., the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
