Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent nos.1 to 3. 2.

The grievance of petitioner is that petitioner had preferred an appeal to 2nd respondent challenging the mutation made in the name of respondent nos.4 and 5, and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the said appeal.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
