This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in Crime No.205 of 2015 of P.S. Marredpally, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 14, 148, 332, 380, 427, 435, 452 read with Section 141 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property (PDPP) Act, 1984, against the petitioner/accused No.4.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has submitted a copy of Letter dated 17.11.2020 stating that the investigation is already completed and charge sheet is filed and the same was taken on file and numbered as P.R.C.No.491 of 2019.

The same is recorded.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous. 06.
In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications in this matter, if any, shall stand closed.
