Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioner has applied through Me-Seva for survey on 11-11-2017 and that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will cause survey to 4th respondent of the land claimed by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to all affected parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to cause survey of the land claimed by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all effected parties. No costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
