Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II for respondents. Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner gave representation dt.03-03-2017 to 4th respondent, which was forwarded to the 3rd respondent on 12-04-2017, and 3rd respondent has not disposed of the said representation.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
